Festival Headquarters

HQ will be located in the heart of downtown Missoula for opening weekend, then move to MCT for the remainder of the festival. 

          February 15-17: Berkshire Hathaway Montana Properties (314 N Higgins Avenue)
          February 18-24: MCT Center for the Performing Arts (200 N Adams)

HOURS: 10am to 8pm daily

Festival HQ is the official box office of the Big Sky Documentary Film Festival where you can:

          - Buy Tickets and Passes
          - Pick up will call passes purchased online
          - Pick up festival credentials, DocShop passes, sponsor passes and filmmaker passes

 

The Wilma

A modernized 1920s vaudeville house-turned live event venue on the banks of the Clark Fork river, The Wilma is a state-of-the-art facility within a spectacular historic building. Locally owned an operated, The Wilma is the stunning centerpiece of Missoula’s live entertainment scene and has been home to BSDFF since 2005.

Hellgate Elks Lodge Theater

One of many iconic early 20th Century buildings in Missoula, the Hellgate Elks Lodge has been host to myriad entertainment and community events for over a century. Just one block off the Higgins Avenue downtown artery, the Elks Lodge theater is in the center of the festival venue map featuring a captivating array of screenings and the filmmaker lounge. This "pop up" theater is located in the meeting room on the second floor.

MCT Center for the Performing Arts

A state-of-the-art performing arts facility, MCT is a thriving local theater presenting myriad community events, childrens' theater, performing arts camps and traveling productions that tour internationally. Reimagined as a cinema for nine days of BSDFF 2019, MCT festival events include Schoolhouse Docs and the DocShop filmmaker's forum.
